🎭 **Ascetics can also have virtue! ** This mod adds a unique virtue to the Ascetic class in Darkest Dungeon: **Toughness**.

✨ Virtue Effect

When an ascetic enters the **Toughness** virtue state, he will receive the following powerful bonuses:

• **+20% Protection** - Greatly improve survivability!
• **-33% Stress Received** - Makes him more able to withstand mental torture!

🛡️ Special abilities

In addition to attribute bonuses, ascetics in a virtuous state also have the opportunity to trigger the following heroic actions:

• **At the beginning of the round**, there is a chance to **protect all teammates**.
• **When an ally is attacked**, there is a chance (as a bonus action) to **instantly guard that ally**.

⚖️ Trigger mechanism

• The **base probability of an ascetic entering the **Toughness** virtue is 25%**, consistent with other professions.
• He has a **75% chance of entering ecstasy** (this section has not been changed).
• **IMPORTANT**: All **Quits and trinkets that increase or decrease the chance of virtue have no effect on him! **

📦 Version and Compatibility

• **Version 1.1 Update**: There are now separate files for **50%, 75% and 100%** virtue probabilities (**Only effective for Ascetics**, other professions remain unchanged at 25%). The main file remains unchanged with a 25% probability.
• **Compatibility**: May be compatible with other mods that modify virtue probabilities, but has not been fully tested.
• **Known Conflicts**: **Incompatible with other mods that modify Dervish. **
