This mod adds the custom class "Lord" to Darkest Dungeon, as well as a third character in the tutorial and starting party. The Lord is your third character and protagonist. Version 1.1 also adds a custom profession "Girl".

This mod adds a custom class **"Lord"** to Darkest Dungeon 🏰. It also adds a third character to the tutorial and starting party. This lord is the protagonist of your game.

✨ Version update

• **OPTIONAL SKIN**: Added a pixel-cleaned skin for the Lord, mainly removing the long sword and replacing it with a dagger. The new dagger is gold to reflect its wealthier status. This is an optional skin that fits better and is cleaner.
• **V1.1**: This version adds additional skins for male and female lords (black hair) and adds the **"Girl"** profession to the tutorial (now you will have a full four-person party in the tutorial).

🎭Backstory

Ideally, he/she will be the protagonist of Darkest Dungeon. The new lord of the estate was riding in the carriage when it veered off the road. Dismas and Leonard act as your personal bodyguards and escort you to the manor.

👥Character and Appearance

• Lords have male and female skins. (I plan to add more skins in the future for players who want more options).
• He/she plays a support class - they can fight, heal, relieve stress, provide buffs to teammates, or intimidate enemies with their royal demeanor.

⚔️ Skill List

• **Royal Blade**: Melee, causing bleeding effect.
• **Noble Vitality**: Heal 1 ally (always heals a fixed amount).
• **Hold Your Ground**: Provides buffs to the entire team.
• **Protect Me**: Forces an ally to protect you.
• **In My Name**: Stress Relief.
• **Lord's Majesty**: Stun 2 enemies.
• **Shaken Confidence**: Disrupt the enemy team.

💡 Instructions for use and future plans

• **Stand-alone use**: If you're not interested in the additional tutorial characters, just add the Lord class to your game just like you would any other custom class. Please note that if an update to Red Hook affects related files, the included scripts may need to be updated.
• **Future Ideas**: I would like to add a game over screen when the lord character dies, but I don't know how to implement it yet with my limited scripting knowledge. If anyone knows how to add a game over screen when a specific character dies, please let me know :)
• **Skin Request**: If anyone wants a skin that is compatible with the Plague Doctor skeleton (specific hair color, beard, skin tone, etc.), feel free to make a request.
