Knight Crusader Skin
As an avid fan of the Dark Souls series, as well as a lover of Darkest Dungeon, I've always wanted to add my favorite armor set - the Knight Set - to Darkest Dungeon. I wore this armor for most of Dark Souls 3, and now it's my chosen skin for my main Crusader.
✨ Skin Features
This skin reshapes the crusaders in "Darkest Dungeon" into the classic knight image in the world of "Dark Souls", bringing a unique visual experience.
🔮 Future Plans
Due to my busy schedule, I can't make continuous improvements, but I will try my best to update when I have time. I plan to implement the following in the future:
- **Weapon Replacement**: Replace the current weapon with Lorian Great Sword or Astra Straight Sword/Great Sword.
- **Skill special effects optimization**: Change the flag in the "Combat Healing" skill animation to the effect of drinking an element bottle or using a healing miracle.
💡Feedback and Suggestions
If you have any ideas or suggestions for improvements, be sure to let me know!

*Note: I also intend to develop it into a brand new hero module, but due to limited technical capabilities such as coding, this will be a big challenge for me. *
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
