Heroic Shieldbreaker Skin
🎮 **Version 0.2**
✨ Module Introduction
This is a skin module designed for the **Shieldbreaker** profession in "Darkest Dungeon". It is inspired by the protagonist of the classic game "The Legend of Zelda" series - **Link**. It will bring a touch of the heroic atmosphere of Hyrule to your adventuring party!
🛠️ Installation instructions
**IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to have the Shieldbreaker DLC to use this mod! **
The installation steps are very simple:
- Unzip the downloaded folder.
- Copy the files to the following game directory:
`Darkest Dungeon\dlc\702540_shieldbreaker\heroes\shieldbreaker`
⚠️ Known issues
There are still some minor visual flaws in the module, and we are working hard to fix them:
- **Special effects mismatch**: Some skill effects may not be fully adapted to the new skin.
- **Tiny white dot**: There may be a white pixel in the sprites of walking, idle and combat animations.
- **Image Cutting**: Some sprites look like they have been cut.
- **Shield Size**: The shield in the skin is slightly smaller than the original.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
