Trade Heirlooms Away UI Hint
🎮 **Mod Introduction**
This mod adds a clear "Trade Out" text prompt at the bottom of the Heirloom trading interface in Darkest Dungeon.
✨ Function description
Are you like me, returning to the game every few months, and then completely unable to remember whether the heirlooms on the left side of the trading interface are heirlooms to be "traded out" or heirlooms to be "traded in exchange for"? 😵 I recently accidentally traded away some precious family heirlooms due to a mix-up!
In order to solve this problem, I modified the game background image and added a small reminder text to help me (and maybe help you) remember which side is which. Hope this little tool is useful to you too!
📥 Installation method
- Unzip the compressed package into the `mods` folder of the game.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
