Glimmer of Hope adjusts some camp skills, hero skills, and some town upgrade costs to make life a little easier.

A Glimmer of Hope - A Small Mod

✨ **A ray of hope to illuminate your journey to the dark dungeon! ** This small mod is designed to take the stress out of your game and make the adventure experience smoother with a series of careful adjustments.

🏕️ Camp skill adjustment

• **Pep Talk**: Pressure resistance increased to **-20%** to better calm your heroes.
• **Sharpen Spear**: Critical hit rate bonus increased from **7.5%** to **10%** with the same cost, making your attacks more threatening!
• **Let the Mask Down**: The skill cost is reduced from **2** points to **1** points, making it more flexible to use.
• **The Quickening**: The skill consumption is reduced from **3** points to **2** points, and the speed bonus is reduced from **4** points to **3** points, making it more cost-effective.
• **Uncatchable) and Clean Guns**: Skill cost reduced from **4** points to **3** points (Author's note: possible callback).

⚔️ Hero skill adjustments

• **Leper's Purge**: can now be used in **row 3** and will cause him to **move forward 1 space** after use.
• **Crusader's Holy Lance**: Can now be used in **Row 2** because the author thinks it's more fun! 😉
• **Highwayman's Tracking Shot**: Now **marks targets**, creating opportunities for the team to focus fire.

🏘️ Town and resource adjustments

• **Event Price**: Slightly reduced the price increase of **Level 3 and Level 5** events.
• **Wandering Trader Caravan**: The **number of trinkets** provided per level has been increased.
• **Stagecoach**: The number of **recruitment slots** provided by each level has been increased.
• **Compensation Adjustment**: The upgrade costs of **Contract** and **Heraldry** have been increased accordingly.
• **Blacksmith**: The **Contract Cost** required for weapon and armor upgrades has been slightly reduced.
• **Gold Coin Stacking**: Gold coins can now be stacked up to a set of **2000**, saving backpack space!

💡 **Installation Instructions**

• Copy all the contents of the **“A Glimmer of Hope”** folder to the root directory of your Darkest Dungeon game.
• Usually the path is similar: `C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/DarkestDungeon`
