Gaesric Skull Knight
🎭 **A skin module from "Legend of Sword and Wind" that puts on the armor of a skeleton knight for the "shield-wielding veteran" in "Darkest Dungeon"! **
To be honest, completing this mod took longer than I expected. This is the first skin mod I made for Darkest Dungeon.
Everything was done with a mouse and a lot of free time (my tablet broke).

🛡️ Gethric Skeleton Knight (Legend of Sword Wind!)
📦 Installation method
- Unzip the folder.
- Copy it to the `Darkest Dungeon\heroes\man at arms` directory.
⚠️ Known issues
- **Special effects mismatch**: Yes, I am not very good at adjusting special effects yet.
- **Missing Cape**: I want a cape! Trust me, as a fan who was able to bring the Skeleton Knight image into Darkest Dungeon, I just didn't have the right skeleton program to solve the problem.
- **Battle Animation**: Can be a little confusing. **No(?)** Support for older games. I haven't checked as I don't have an older version of the game. Feel sorry.
🙏 Acknowledgments and Authorization
- "BERSERK" (BERSERK) is a work by the manga artist **Kentaro Miura**.
- Thanks to **LINK63** for designing the Skeleton Knight head sculpt and for licensing this skin.
- I am the only authorized uploader on Steam.
🔮 Future update plan
If you find any unwanted maps or glitches, please let me know. If I don't clean it up before uploading, I'll find time to do it.
Possible future updates: Skeleton Knight backgrounds, guild art, items... and effects (if I can find a way to make them show up).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
