fortune teller profession

The Diviner's gameplay revolves around her stress meter, which allows her to heal allies and store stress to enhance their offensive capabilities, while also playing a support role.

Soothsayer Class

🎉 **Hello everyone! ** I'm really excited to finally release my first class mod, it's been a big project for me, so I'm excited to get everyone out there trying out this new class.

The Diviner class was designed to feel like the vanilla class, without the complicated mechanics, and to try to fill a role that may not be that common: **Stress Healer**.

---

✨ Core gameplay

The fortune teller's gameplay revolves around her **stress level**. She can heal stress for allies and **store stress** to enhance her own offensive abilities. Of course, she can also play a support role.

⚠️ **But be warned**: Letting the Diviner build up pressure can be a risky strategy, as she has a much higher chance of gaining Affliction than Virtue, and no trinket or quirk can change that.

She also has a unique negative status called **Psychosis**, which can be very annoying during combat, putting pressure on teammates and performing random actions.

⚔️ Detailed explanation of skills

  • **Shattered Psyche**

`oxxx - xxxx`

Healing pressure, and if the diviner's own pressure is higher, the **damage caused will be higher**.

  • **Psyshock**

**Ignore Stealth**, the higher the diviner's pressure, the more extra damage will be dealt.

  • **Calm Mind**

  • **Future Sight**

`xxoo`

The diviner strengthens himself and gains extra dodge and speed, but at the cost of giving himself a mark and enduring more pressure.

  • **Confusion**

`xxxo - xxxx`

There is a probability of **attacking random enemies**, which may cause **stun, disrupt the formation, or apply debuff** effects.

**Game Experience Suggestions**: Diviner is a profession that requires delicate stress management. Think of her as the team's "pressure battery", allowing her to absorb pressure at safe times to strengthen bursts, but always be wary of her mental state to avoid "insanity" ruining your battle rhythm. She brings a new depth of strategy and risk-reward gameplay to the game, which is well worth trying for players who like tactical planning!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
