Crusader Skin – Oscar of Astra or Elite Knight
🎮 **Welcome to Lordran (and Darkest Dungeon)! **This is my first mod/skin so don't expect top quality. Hey, it's not bad though! I've seen a lot of great skins that add new gear and armor, but this one is more of an advanced recolor.
✨ Skin introduction
This is the skin of **Oscar**, he is the Astra Knight who appears in "Dark Souls". I think the aesthetics of both games are very similar, so I plan to make more skins (like the most popular armor from the Dark Souls series, the next one might be the Falam set from Dark Souls 2, or even Solar). These will be more difficult to make, or so I hope.

📥 Installation Guide
Installation is very simple, just paste the `crusader_U` folder into the Crusader folder in the directory where you installed the game Darkest Dungeon as usual.
⚠️ **NOTE**: If you already have a `crusader_U` skin, please rename the new folder (or replace an old skin you no longer like).

🚀 Future plans
If all goes well, I'll update this upload and make a big collection of all Dark Souls skins. I will also try to make skins from other games or new different classes soon, but those will be harder so will take longer.
🙏 **About the author**: I am Spanish and I apologize in advance for any errors in my English writing. Thanks for trying my skin! goodbye!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
