Casual supplies and common enemies
This is an alternative version of hork's mod "Leisure Supply". I've added the most common enemy types for each area, you'll still encounter other enemy types in special/boss encounters, these are just the most common according to the wiki.

Casual Provisions and Common Enemies
✨ Module Introduction
This is an enhanced alternative version of **hork**'s classic mod **Casual Provisions**!
Are you like me, returning to Darkest Dungeon every few months and completely forgetting how much supplies you should bring? This mod is for you! It's on the right side of the expedition preparation screen and provides you with clear supply recommendations based on data from various guides, wikis, and other mods.
**My version goes one step further! **I've also added the **most common enemy types** to each area so you have an idea of the threats you're about to face before you set off. Of course, you'll still encounter other enemies in unique boss battles or special encounters, and those listed here are just the "regulars" according to the wiki.
🗺️ Detailed explanation of core functions
**1. Area enemy information**
- To the left of each zone name, you will see a **Bleeding** or **Corruption** icon. This represents the primary damage over time (DOT) weakness of enemies in this area.
- If the enemy has both Bleed and Corrosion weaknesses, the **icon above represents the more common one**.
- The **most common enemy types** in the area will be listed next to help you plan your team configuration and skills in advance.
**2. Intelligent supply suggestions**
- Also based on Wiki data, I've added **"Major" supply** suggestions for each area.
*If you're not sure what to buy, you can't go wrong by **buying these items first**!
- **Please remember**: These values are **guidelines and recommendations**, not iron-clad rules! If you feel you have brought too much or too little, you are free to adjust. The fun of the game is to discover the gameplay that suits you!
🎮 Recommended supporting modules
I also made another "companion" mod: **Quest Selection Background - Locations and Enemies**.
It's on the left side of the mission selection screen and displays common enemy types by location. (Yes, I suck at naming 😂). Use the two modules together to obtain more comprehensive information!
📥 Installation and use
**IMPORTANT NOTE**: You **don't** need** to install both the original mod and this version, **just choose one**!
- Extract the downloaded file into the game’s `mods` folder.
- Start the game and activate **"Casual Provisions and Common Enemies"** in the mod list.
- Go to the expedition preparation interface and enjoy clear guidance!
🎨 Gift for advanced players
For players who like customization, the original author **hork** also provides a **blank background template file**! You can use your favorite image editing software (such as Paint, Gimp or Photoshop) to write your own supply values on it.
- **Original color code reference**:
- White = Short Expedition
- Orange (#ffcd03) = Midway Expedition
- Red (#ec2818) = Long Expedition
- **Blank template download**:
**The instructions are simple**: Carry basic items such as torches, food, shovels, etc. depending on the length of the expedition, then look at the recommendations for the specific area to decide what other supplies and basic items you need to add. Blackened items indicate that they do not need to be carried.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
