Artefact Trinkets
⚠️ **IMPORTANT NOTE**
The author is currently not very satisfied with this mod and plans to completely redo it, so there will be no updates until the rework is completed. If a game update renders this mod unavailable, your saves should be safe and all artifact trinkets will be converted back to crowdfunded trinkets.
🎉 **Welcome to the world of artifact accessories! ** This mod converts the 294 Kickstarter cosmetics in the game into a new rarity - **Artefact**. They have unique colors and are more challenging and surprising to obtain!
✨ Module function
- **New Rarity**: Crowdfunded trinkets are now of the "Artifact" rarity, with their own color identification.
- **Unique Acquisition Limitation**: Like the Ancestral Trinket, you can only have one of each artifact.
- **Safety**: Mod updates **will not** damage your game saves.
🗺️ How to get it
Obtaining artifacts is full of adventurous fun, mainly from high-difficulty championship dungeons:
**Dungeon Loot**
- There is a **2%** chance of dropping an artifact after fighting in the **Champions Dungeon**.
**Dungeon Mission Reward**
After completing the tasks in the Champion Dungeon, you will also have the opportunity to obtain artifact rewards:
- **Short Mission**: **5%** chance
- **Mid mission**: **10%** probability
- **Long Mission**: **20%** chance
**Boss Challenge**
Defeating powerful bosses is a shortcut to obtaining artifacts:
- **Shambler**: **75%** chance of dropping 1 artifact
- **Collector**: **25%** chance of dropping 1 artifact
- **(Note: Brigand Vvulf no longer drops artifacts after game version 15015)**
**Other ways**
- You can also purchase artifacts in the store for **75,000** gold coins.
- **Version Compatible**: Confirmed to work with game version **16707**.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
