Adventurer - Class Mod

🎮 **A new class inspired by "The Legend of Zelda" comes to "Darkest Dungeon"! **

This mod adds a brand new profession to Darkest Dungeon: **Adventurer**! Heavily inspired by the Legend of Zelda series, especially Ocarina of Time, he has a highly adaptable skill set that makes him a valuable asset to almost any team.

✨ Combat Skills

The adventurer has a set of flexible combat skills that allow him to cope with ease on the battlefield:

  • **Courageous Slash**: Basic melee attack, causing considerable damage and a small amount of stress relief.
  • **Archery**: The main skill in long-range combat, with a high critical hit rate and higher damage to marked targets.
  • **Hook**: Pull the enemy to the front and stun them.
  • **Throwing bombs**: Causes high damage to enemies in the back row. It can be used a limited number of times in each battle.
  • **Shield Block**: Mark yourself to improve your defense and dodge for 3 rounds.
  • **Red Potion**: Self-healing skills, while increasing the healing effect received by oneself. It can only be used once per battle initially, and can be used three times after reaching full level.
  • **Hammer Slam**: A powerful melee attack that can only be used in the front row, but will greatly reduce your own speed and dodge.

🏕️ Camping skills

In the camp, adventurers can play different melodies to support teammates:

  • **Princess Song**: Randomly relieve 5 to 20 points of stress for the entire team.
  • **Song of the Storm**: Increases the team's dodge by 20 points, but reduces accuracy by 10 points.
  • **Song of Time**: Increase the team's speed by 4 points.
  • **Healing Song**: Completely removes all stress from a stress-cracked teammate and heals their Death Resistance debuff.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
