usage:
After installing the mod, a new window will be added to the CET overlay called the Vehicle Customizer. By default, you can turn on the CET overlay by pressing the "~" button. First, the window will state that there are no active vehicles, just turn off the overlay and summon the vehicle you want to customize. By default, this is the "V" key.
