Install:

Drag and drop the .ini you found in the download into "\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64".
Open reshade's menu in game and select "RespectfulReshadeRedux". Make sure you are in performance mode.
Disable film grain and chromatic aberration.
Turn Gamma up a bit (the author used 1.06) to make the picture darker. Depends on your display.
