Install:
You need Reshade to use this preset: https://reshade.me/
Install it into "Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\Cyberpunk2077.exe" as dx11/12 or similar, and when it asks to download shaders, just click on "Uncheck all" button and click again to check all shader packages, you will need internet connection to download shaders. Once installed, you don't need an internet connection to use reshade.
Extract the .ini preset into the reshade-shaders folder created in the \x64\ folder after installing reshade.
