Johnny’s SAMURAI JACKET
🎮 **Gives Johnny Silverhand an iconic look! **
✨ Module Features
This mod integrates V's original SAMURAI jacket into Johnny Silverhand's digital ghost appearance. Not only does the jacket return, Johnny's original vest has also been replaced with a SAMURAI vest, ensuring that he can show off his complete iconic look every time he appears in his digital ghost form.
🎯 Creative inspiration
The inspiration for this mod was simple: I wanted to refresh Johnny's look, but didn't want to use the alternate appearance options in the game, since those didn't feel perfect to me.
⚠️ Notes
While the integration is nearly perfect, one caveat: the jacket and vest may not glitch out with Johnny at certain moments due to the unique digital ghost effect. This is a shader issue and cannot be fixed at this time.
**IMPORTANT**: When adding Johnny's model in photo mode, the jacket does not appear, but when he actually appears "in game", the jacket appears normally.
📥 Installation method
Installation is very simple:
- Install using the mod manager
- Or extract the contents of the zip file (especially the "archive" folder) to the main data directory of "Cyberpunk 2077"
- Path: Cyberpunk 2077 → archive → pc → mod
💫 Johnny can now be seen wearing his iconic SAMURAI outfit every time he appears, adding even more immersion to the gaming experience!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
