Notice:
Disabling "Async Compute" will only increase framerate on older graphics cards, (pre-RTX20 series graphics cards, and older AMD graphics cards)
Disabling "Asynchronous Compute" on newer graphics cards may result in lower framerates. But that’s not necessarily the case. You can try them all.

Disabling asynchronous calculations will increase about 2-5 frames (Nvidia graphics cards can even increase 25 frames!)
Optimization: About 5-10 frames improved
Low: Approximately 10-20 frames improved

It is recommended to try the "Low" preset first. If your graphics card is better, you can use the "Optimized" preset;
The basic frame rate of AMD RX480 test is about 45 frames. Using the "low" preset can reach 60 frames, and the quality loss is not particularly serious;
If your graphics card is really not good enough, you can use "very low", but this will seriously affect the image quality of the game.
