Install:
Once run, enable all shaders in the list.
Select the dx11-dx12 option.
Select the game’s exe in the Cyberpunk 2077/bin/x64 folder.
Paste the preset text file into the location of the exe and run the game.
You should see a pop-up window at the top left of your screen.
Press the HOME button and select a preset.
