Install:
Download Cyber Engine Tweaks 1.8.3+ and install it. It doesn't work on earlier versions.
Extract the zip into the x64 folder.
The installation path should look like this:
plugins \ cyber_engine_tweaks \ mods \ Appearance Menu Mod \ init.lua
Press the F4 key to open the menu. View NPCs to access available options.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
