So I wrote a small resolution to transfer the lower-level titles currently under my jurisdiction to the main title.
For example, if the current main title is the Kingdom of England and you want Wales to become an honorary title (manual dog head), you can use the decision when you occupy all the duchies of Wales, so that the territorial de jure of Wales is transferred to England.
There are three limitations:
- Only secondary titles can be transferred. A duke can be transferred to a county, a king can be transferred to a principality, and an empire can be transferred to a kingdom. It cannot be transferred beyond the next level.

- You must occupy all the land before transferring. For example, if England wants to transfer to Dehebas, it must control the several counties under Dehebas.
