Lightweight emperor permissions completion.

This Mod mainly complements the abilities that the Emperor should have in the original version, and reduces some repetitive operations. It uses the original mechanism as much as possible, does not carry out additional numerical enhancements, and tries not to change the core balance.

Current content includes:

Chinese overlords of any faith are allowed to use Buddhist palace treasures, such as the eight-fold treasure letter and Kumarajiva relics.

Let the imperial seal of the newly established dynasty be of excellent quality.

The emperor is allowed to build manor buildings that are subject to conditions such as the status of the governor, the leader of the crony, and the inheritance of the administrative system.

The emperor is allowed to use the merit grant and examination exemption functions for courtiers. They are no longer restricted by the scope of relatives and can be regarded as special promotions by the emperor.

Added treasury debt reminders for various officials similar to those of the Ministry of Revenue and the Minister of War for the emperor.

A new administrative resolution "pay off officials' treasury liabilities" can deal with the treasury liabilities of all eligible officials at one time.

A new "Calling all military officials to join the war" interaction has been added, which can summon all qualified military officials at once to join the war led by the emperor himself.

Added "Prohibition from serving as an official" and "Lifting the ban from serving as an official" interaction. The character who is subject to the ban will have his or her existing merit revoked, will be unable to continue to participate in the imperial examination as a candidate, and will be excluded from the normal application system. After the ban is lifted, the character can re-take the imperial examination, but the previously revoked merit will not be automatically restored.

Adjust administrative affiliations

A new emperor-exclusive interaction has been added, which can directly adjust the affiliations between vassals within the jurisdiction without stripping the titles of current officials.

It is mainly used to sort out the chaotic administrative hierarchy in newly conquered areas, such as transferring a governor, lord or local official from the original superior jurisdiction to another observer envoy, military envoy or other high-level vassal, without having to strip the titles from top to bottom and then re-appoint them.

This function only adjusts the current actual affiliation and does not modify the legal affiliation.
