This mod introduces character interaction for landless players to apply to serve as a page/adviser in the ruler's court. You will be paid a monthly salary and decisions will be made when you appear in court and perform various duties in the capital. This mod aims to enrich the choice and variety of landless characters and incentivize players to stay in one region or employer. feature:

How to get started/What you need to know:

Join the Ruler's Court via the "Seeking Court Employment" interaction. Higher courts are more demanding. Knowing the court language, having a high level of skill, reputation and loyalty, and rising through the ranks of a vassal court all help.

Use the Appearance Sentence to initiate a court services program and access all other resources.

Your employer will complain if you stay out of court for too long. You can apply for leave to complete the contract. Or, 100% sure, your employer won't push you back.

You can join the court of any ruler, including barons, but you can only apply for court positions with kingdom/empire titles. This is because you basically need to be a landless vassal (and a "landless title" is a duchy level). You can apply for a city council position and possibly even become a regent.

compatibility

The interface has not been overwritten or changed, so almost everything is compatible. This includes overall conversion rate. This seems to work for the Elder Royal Family. "Hockey Song" and "Godhelya". The lower the load order, the better. It should be archive compatible. To be on the safe side, back up first.

Known issues

When you join a Kingdom/Imperial level court, you gain the form of the title "Duke".

As a caravan leader, or generally if you are a lord's follower, please be aware that events may cause you to be separated without notice. It may be necessary to volunteer for a military service to return home.

Will it work in multiplayer games? It should work, but maybe some localization is missing on the ruler's side. Tell me and I'll fix it. Can I become prime minister? As an adventurer, no. If you've "disbanded camp," yes. Will this mod work with other large landless mods? It's fully compatible with True Freedom - True Landless, which I highly recommend if you plan on "disbanding camp" and playing as a True Landless character (Important - True Landless is currently behind on updates and may not work properly at the moment).
