Knight Manager
About this mod Machine translation
How many times have your loved ones died tragically on the battlefield because you forgot to tell them they didn’t have to fight?
This mod prevents their death and saves you a lot of time. Knight Manager adds a settings menu to the Knight window where you can specify rules according to which characters are hired as knights. Of course, you can manually allow certain characters to be exempt from the rules if you wish.
There are 6 groups, each with a checkbox. If this checkbox is checked, characters in this group are allowed to be knights. If the group is unchecked, characters in that group will not be able to become knights unless you manually exempt them by unchecking their "K.M." (Knight Manager) checkbox in the knight list.
It is worth noting that (for technical reasons) all characters belonging to the unchecked group will not appear in the knight list. So you must uncheck their respective K.M. checkboxes before disabling knighthood for their group.
The six categories are:
People in your family
your descendants (descendants)
Domestic spouse (your spouse and your spouse with children/grandchildren)
Your MP and Court Physician
your lover (and soulmate)
Bad warriors (characters with less than 6 prowess)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
