Crimson Desert Desaturated Filter

✨ Module Introduction
Did the visual style of the original Red Desert game irritate your eyes? 😵 The high-saturation green color and excessive scenery effects that fill the screen are believed to make many people feel physically uncomfortable.
This filter is designed to save your eyes! 🎯 It is designed to alleviate the visual fatigue caused by the ubiquitous, over-saturated green vegetation in the game, making the game screen softer and more comfortable.
I really can't understand why the development team adopted such an oversaturated aesthetic, so I made this filter just to make my eyes feel better.

🛠️ Installation and Setup Guide
To use this filter, you need to first download and install **Reshade (version 6.2.0 or higher)** for Red Desert.
**Lazy installation method:**
When installing Reshade, choose to install All Effects.
**Manual installation method:**
If you choose to install manually, be sure to additionally install the following Shader packages:
- AstrayFX
- PD80
- potatoFX
- Pumbo
- qUINT
**Detailed setup steps:**
- **Place File**: Copy the downloaded `.ini` configuration file to the `bin64` folder in the game installation directory. If prompted, please choose to overwrite.
- **System HDR**: In the **HDR Color Settings** of the Windows system, turn on the **"Use HDR"** option.
- **Game Contrast**: Enter the in-game video settings menu and adjust **Contrast** to a lower value (0-15 is recommended).
- **Game HDR Settings**: In the same menu, find and turn on the **HDR** option. In the HDR settings, turn **Brightness Peaking** to a low value (I turned it all the way down), then turn **Exposure** all the way up.
- **Ray Tracing**: In the game's **Settings -> Graphics** menu, turn on **Ray Tracing**.
- The **DLSS light reconstruction** option can be turned on or off based on the indoor lighting effect (because the game does not have good pre-baked lighting and relies entirely on ray tracing and eyeball adaptation. If it is not turned on, the indoor environment will easily appear black or overexposed. Just adjust it according to personal preferences).
- **Enjoy new vision**: Complete the above settings and start enjoying a new, more eye-friendly game visual experience! 🎮

💡 Usage suggestions
- This filter is mainly optimized for the **green vegetation** and **overall color saturation** in the game, aiming to provide a softer and longer-lasting visual experience.
- Cooperate with the in-game HDR and ray tracing settings to achieve the best picture balance.
- If you are also "tortured" by the original high-saturation images, then this filter is for you!
I hope this filter will make your eyes more relaxed and happy when exploring the world of "Red Desert"! 😊
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
