MoreCrew (Crew Size Mod)
Raises the 4-player cap in Crashout Crew so you can lobby and play with more (default 8).
Made by Izaya_here. I stream this live, come hang out and help test new features:

Who needs it
- The host MUST have it. The host's value sizes the whole session.
- Clients should install it too. They can technically play vanilla, but at 5+ players the voice chat and some UI (the ready-up icons, the shift report) only behave right on machines running the mod.
Install ( Mod Manager)
- Make sure the BepInExPack for Crashout Crew is installed in your profile.
- Import this mod (or the shared profile) and launch with Start modded.
Config
After the first modded launch, settings live in
BepInEx/config/com.hunter.crewsizemod.cfg:
- [General] MaxPlayers: total players (default 8, up to 12). Everyone should use the same value, and the host's is the one that counts. Above ~8 gets rough, since the lobby parking spots and netcode were built for around 8.
- [Credit] ShowTwitchCredit: the small "MoreCrew by Izaya_here" logo in the corner (default on). Set it to false to hide it. [Credit] Corner and ImageWidth adjust where it sits and how big it is.
- The [Experimental] and [Testing] options are for development and layout tuning, so just leave them at their defaults for normal play.
Notes
- Players 5-8 don't get in-game proximity voice (use Discord). This is by design.
- On the end-of-run grade screen, only the first 4 players get a row. Players 5+ just won't show up there, it's only cosmetic.
- Built for game version 1.1.9-6087, BepInEx 5.4.x.
Changelog
- 0.10.9: Small text tidy-up on the listing, no gameplay changes.
- 0.10.8: Fixed an end-of-run freeze with 5+ players (the final grade screen could lock up). The report finishes for everyone now, players 5+ just aren't shown on it.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
