This mode reduces the cost of Tech and Civic, reorganizing Tech and Civic trees to reduce B-Lining (Thanxs Hajee).

Removed vanilla Gamespeeds and added 4 new ones, Slug, Tortoise, Sloth and Snail. Warning if you don't like slow gameplay go away now!

Technology costs are increased by Tier and Era.

30% science reduction per population.

Tier and Era increase citizen costs.

The increase is reduced to 25%.

Building and area costs increased by 80%

Unit cost increased by 50%

City-state production penalty increased to 75%.

Religion unit cost increased by 120%.

The rate of good people in each era has been increased by 25%.

Science from city-states reduced to +1 (see V3 notes)

City-state culture reduced to +1 (palaces and theater areas).
