Downtown Area District Center
A new game area called Downtown Area has been added. The primary use is visual urban expansion but adds some bonus benefits from area adjacency and some bonus housing and amenities etc.
NOTICE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Due to game limitations and some ArtDef bugs, this area does not appear on any tiles next to the city center. In addition, there may be occasional glitches that don't appear there. I don't know what causes it or how to make it happen but I'm always trying new things. In the meantime, enjoy!
Adds a new late-game district called the Downtown Area district. Primary use is for visual city sprawl but adds some bonus yields for district adjacency and some bonus housing and amenities amongst other things.

Because of game limitations and some ArtDef bugs, this district will NOT show up on any tile that is not right next to the City Center. Also, there may be the occasional glitch with it not appearing there either. I don't know what causes it or how to make it appear but I've been trying new things. In the mean time, enjoy!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
