To win, you must have more gold than all civilizations combined, establish trade routes with every major civilization, and acquire every luxury resource generated on the map.
The player tooltip on the Economy tab will show you which luxury resources you need to acquire (from farming or mining or through trade) to complete the luxury victory condition.

compatibility
This mod will conflict with any mod that changes the following files.
UI \ PartialScreens \ WorldRankings.xml
UI \ PartialScreens \ WorldRankings.lua
UI \ EndGame \ EndGameMenu.lua
It is expected that all other mods should have no issues.
NOTE: Prior to version 1.4, the ProductionPanel.lua file was modified to hide items that triggered wins until the appropriate time. This means the mod conflicts with other mods that change that file (ProductionQueue and CQUI being the main ones). As of version 1.4, I no longer modify the ProductionPanel.lua file, so there are no longer any conflicts.
Known issues
*Sometimes the title section on the new victory tab will not resize correctly. This can be fixed by switching to a different tab and back again. This only happens the first time you view the victory panel in the game.
*Sometimes the amount per spin shown in the overview panel for financial wins does not match the money per spin in the top panel. This is a minor rounding issue since the function that displays the text is called.
*The AI has no idea how these victory types work, so they won't intentionally try to complete them. Hopefully this feature will be available in a future version.
- "One turn" feature after victory, or you are defeated causing problems, the way I trigger victory\ai victory. Therefore, this end button has been removed from the end game screen.
*On larger map sizes (i.e. ridiculous world maps), custom victory panels can take 30 seconds or longer when the panel is first displayed in game. However, after the initial delay, the display time should be almost instantaneous.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
