Cities Skylines 2 multifunctional modification module V5.0 adapted to BepInEx5.4 framework

A Cities Skylines 2 external module based on the BepInEx5.4 framework. It is not affected by game updates. Please see the detailed description for specific functions.

【illustrate】

• This MOD only adapts to the BepInEx5.4 framework (I like 5.4). Those who use the BepInEx6.0 framework must either give up using this MOD or switch to the BepInEx5.4 framework. There are replacement steps below.

【How to use】

• (You can skip this step if you have installed the BepInEx5.4 framework. If you have installed the BepInEx6.0 framework, you must either give up using this mod or delete the BepInEx folder and doorstop_config.ini and winhttp.dll files in the game root directory, and follow the steps to reinstall BepInEx5.4. Framework) Unzip the three files "BepInEx, doorstop_config.ini, winhttp.dll" in the "BepInEx_x64_5.4.22.0" compressed package to the game root directory (genuine directory: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cities Skylines II), make sure the BepInEx folder is in the same directory as Cities2.exe.
• Place the config and plugins folders in the "Cities Skylines II\BepInEx" directory
• Use text editing software (Notepad++ is recommended, Notepad is also acceptable) to open the "ModForCS2.Lucifer.BepInEx5.cfg" file in the "Cities Skylines II\BepInEx\config" directory.
• Modify the multiples in the file according to the prompts and personal preferences. Be careful to modify the number to the right of the equal sign. Do not change the number to the right of "Default value:"!
• After the modification is completed, save it and re-enter the game to take effect.
• The so-called "floating point numbers" in the cfg file refer to numbers that are different from integers and can have decimal points (such as -0.5, 0, 0.5, 1.5, and 2.0 can all be regarded as floating point numbers)

• Modify the number of fire trucks, fire helicopter capacity, and shelter capacity
• Modify the number of police cars, police helicopters, and police station capacity
• Modify the capacity of the garbage treatment plant, the speed of garbage treatment, the number of garbage treatment trucks, and the amount of power generated by garbage incineration.
