You can configure the mod to your liking. If you want a city without any agriculture and forestry, you can toggle the "Food and Wood" box and your generic industries will have unlimited "Food and Wood".
IMPORTANT: If you enable this mod for resources that you have an industrial building producing (wood, oil, etc.), the building will try to export all of its products. This will most likely result in the industry being abandoned because there are not enough buyers.
Your citizens still need a place to work, so there is still a need for industries/offices.
This mod cannot adjust the spawn rate of freight trucks/trains. Some trucks will spawn and attempt to deliver goods, although far fewer than before.

troubleshooting
If you think it's not working: Go to the options menu in your game and check if you can find the "Infinite Items" tab and check if your options are correct. If the tab does not exist, make sure mods are enabled in the content manager.
If it doesn't show up in the in-game content manager: Try reinstalling.
If you get an error saying something about an XML file, do the following: Find the file in File Explorer (the path may show up in the error) and delete it (InfiniteGoodsConfig.xml). This will reset your settings.
