Since the mod version is too old and I am using the genuine version, I cannot test whether it is compatible with various versions of the game.
If an error occurs, please delete the old XML document.

Customize It Extended View and edit the properties of buildings, vehicles and citizens.
When you click on a building/vehicle/citizen, a new button will appear and you can change these properties by following the instructions below.
Editable values can be changed directly in the game without reloading and take effect immediately.
Notes on use:
-Only buildings placed manually by the player can be changed, not upgradable buildings.
-All copies of the same building have the same properties. If you have a park called "British Police Station" and place it 10 times in your city, changes to any of the 10 buildings will apply to the other buildings as well.
-Some properties cannot be set to 0. If you later change it to 1, it will be one of these properties.
-When you change one vehicle, it will change all vehicles of that type. So, change one ambulance, change all ambulances.
-All attributes on the vehicle are experimental and I haven't discovered all features yet, so be careful when using them.
-The only editable attribute of a citizen is his position. All other fields are for reference only.
Unmodifiable values:
-Input rate 1 to 4
-Output rate
-Output the number of vehicles
-Extraction rate
-extract radius
-Number of trucks#
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
