Disables the restriction that reduces how much traffic spawns the bigger the city gets. This may not work if the game is not relaunched between loading different savefiles, and a performance hit is to be expected.
An adjustment option is in the works.

Demonstration
Thanks to mxdanger for testing the mod and providing these graphs from his city.
The graphs below use the watch for the ResidentPurposeCounterSystem. The graph starts to increase at around 6AM, peaking at 8AM and tapering off at noon.
Here's a video of what traffic looks like in his city:

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide. Code mods go into the Mods folder inside the game directory and must be enabled from the in-game Mods menu.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
