Level 1 players can use the underpowered 8 items if they somehow manage to obtain one.

Doesn't prevent item level stat scaling, so players should only get 10 damage guns etc. no problem.

More quality of life mods that let you focus on stats rather than level requirements.

Obviously, an Overpowered 8 item is more statistically significant than an Overpowered 6 item, so there's still a way to grind.

Does it work in a co-op? Yes, it does. I recommend if you play with friends, have them use the same mod file as you.
