Mod: BL2 - Longevity MOD

This mod changes many aspects of the game.

*It adds a higher number of PhysX particles.

*Corpses can also have physics enabled for 300 seconds instead of being stationary.

*Blood pools, limbs and foreign blood spatter stay for 1 hour. (This does not affect PhysX Fluid)

*Bullet holes and explosion damage will not disappear

*All broken object (barrel, turret) fragments will disappear after 900 seconds.

This affects performance!

If you have a low PC spec, this mod may not be for you!

I ran the game very well, I averaged 70 fps most of the time.

When there's full explosive action, the frame rate will drop to the 40-50fps mark.

Keep in mind that this mod runs primarily on the CPU, not the GPU.

I'm running an intel i7-4790 3.60GHz and it performs well.

Simply import using the BLCMM Mod Manager and save it to whatever patch you are currently using.

Make sure to remove any other mods that may conflict with the changes this mod brings.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
