If not using ModManager the.body files go into UserData/PlayerModels ^^
Here are several Playermodels from the Spider-Man Universe.
They have custom sounds and include a head.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
