Place it in the CustomItems folder in your UserData folder. It will spawn in the Guns category of your utility gun. Use ModThatIsNotMod or I will [EXPUNGED] you.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
