About this mod Author’s original text
Item Replacer
Item Replacer is a code mod that aims to allow players to easily create replacements for in-game items, such as replacing everything with a Miku plushie if u want i guess?
Now what makes it different from the already existing replacement methods that exist is that, it properly syncs with LabFusion and you can still easily spawn the original spawnable, which wasnt possible with those before.
Features
- Dynamic loading of replacers from file (can modify, remove or add file/replacer while the game is running)
- An in-game editor for replacers
- Advanced matching methods (RegEx or Scriban)
- Full LabFusion support
FAQ
let's ignore the fact that this mod JUST got released, so there were no questions
Q: How do I actually make a replacer
A: Everything is explained in the wiki!
Q: Under what category should I upload the replacer?
A: You should use the Custom Items category when uploading the replacer
Q: I keep getting errors when replacing things, how do I fix this?
A: Some spawners require a specific spawnable to be spawned to function properly. For example if in 05 - Big Anomaly you will replace the Omni Projectors with a spawnable that is not an NPC, the spawner will throw errors and continuosly spawn ur item, causing the game to lag. There isn't any fix for this as of now

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
