Run the installer
Select \steamapps\common\RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2\re2.exe
Select DirectX 10+ as format
Install all default shaders when prompted
Extract the .ini from the mod archive to \steamapps\common\RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2\
Start game
Press Home to open the Reshade console (read the tutorial to learn how to add your own blank .ini)
Select Golgotha Reshade.ini from the drop-down menu above the shader list
Turn off the console and play!
If you want to turn the effect on and off dynamically, you can set the effect toggle key in the Settings tab of the Reshade console.
