Wok for a nose. Woks on your toes.

About this mod Author’s original text

Big Wok

"Why just walk when you can wok?"

Big Wok is a client-side mod for Big Walk that replaces your character's nose and feet with woks.

Fully configurable with dynamic foot offsets to prevent ground clipping when walking or jumping.

Now with sound effects in the /sfx/ directory.

Features

  • Wok Nose: Replaces your character's nose mesh with a wok.
  • Wok Shoes: Give both feet woks.
  • Custom Model Support: Swap out the default model for any.obj file of your choice.
  • In-Game Configuration: Fine-tune position, rotation, and scaling in real-time.

Customization & Tinkering

Swap the Mesh

Want to replace your body parts with something other than a wok for some unfathomable reason?

  • Find or export any 3D model in.obj format.
  • Rename your file(s) to nosewok.obj and/or footwok.obj
  • Place it in your BepInEx/plugins/ directory.

Change the footsteps.

  • Gather up your mp3/ogg/wav files. Make sure they're short.
  • Put them in the /sfx/ folder.
  • Huge shout out to Ice_Box_Studio_BigWalk for ModSettingsMenu.

You will need to reboot for the new cfg setting but it's much cleaner just configuring from the mod menu.

Requirements

  • BepInExPack_IL2CPP

digital tip jar.

TO DO, MAYBE

  • Maybe make seperate handheld woks that can bonk each other around.
  • Maybe more kitchenware attire like a wok hat.
  • Maybe a wok puzzle to bring Overcooked struggles back to your friend dynamic.
  • That's it! I've come up with a new maybe! Maybe some Final Fantasy 15 bro trip cooking. Restore the cut content of eating garden curry straight out of your buddy's shoes.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
  3. For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.

Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
