Big Walk Rocket Launcher
Turns Big Walk's Yellow flare gun into a chunky rocket launcher that fires a random burst of 5-8 flares.
Features
- Replaces only the Yellow flare gun at its normal world spawn.
- Fires 5-8 flares using the normal fire control.
- Includes a first-person launcher model, recoil, and reload animation.
- Leaves the other coloured flare guns unchanged.
- Does not add a spawn hotkey or clone networked scene objects.
Installation
Install Mod Manager or r2modman and launch Big Walk modded.
For a manual installation, install BepInExPack IL2CPP and place BigWalkFunMod.dll in BepInEx/plugins.
Usage
Find the Yellow flare gun at its normal spawn, pick it up, and use the standard fire control. After each burst, the launcher has a short reload lockout and animation.
Configuration
After the first launch, settings are created in the BepInEx configuration file for charl.bigwalk.funmod:
- Minimum flares per burst
- Maximum flares per burst
- Time between flare shots
- Reload duration
- Diagnostic log key
The default burst is limited to 5-8 flares for stability.
Multiplayer
Multiplayer behavior has not been fully validated. For the most consistent experience, use the same mod version across the lobby.
Requirements
- BepInExPack IL2CPP 6.0.755
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
