introduce:
The character starts out with a potion (and can buy it from the armor merchant in Grove).
Potions allow you to:
- Increase (or decrease) ability points, movement, AC, initiative, action/reward/reaction points, and add additional attacks.
- Increase skill proficiency and skill expertise.
- Increase resources: Badik inspiration, dark vision, advanced dark vision, increased critical strike range, witchcraft points, wild form, advantage dice, spell slots (1-9 rings).
- Add super magic: enhanced, instant, subtle, twin, cautious, long-range and extended.
- Obtain items: gold coins and gold bars, archery supplies (crossbows and special arrows) and brain-eating insect samples.
- Add various features
The commonly used options are basically Chineseized, but there are also some that are not Chineseized (some nouns really can’t be translated, so I just leave them there)
【1.02 update】
Fixes/Addings: Real fixes to metamagics and resources; added self-disguise option
(e.g. Astarion, cambion, owlbear cug, buffed cambion, etc.)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
