Description

Ever feel like Sally isn't providing quality head protection for the rank-and-file grunts in your army? Need more pizzazz for your elite troops? Or do you just want to look even cooler in your own armor? Well, Zeke is here to solve all of your helmet related troubles!

This mod adds a custom kettle helmet to the game: one variant with top feathers and one without (and one with and without ears), as well as two custom weapons (the infantry pike and handcannon). I also added in a non-dyeable version of the chainmail leggings since I think the red and blue dyed versions look bad. The byrdle hair will clip through the helmet a little, but I can't seem to hide it without making the helmet too big, or removing the hair from the character alltogehter. All other races are fine. Because these are custom meshes and weapons, you will need the updated Homebrewery mod that adds support for custom meshes and custom weapons (v3.13.80 or above is recommended).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
  3. For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.

Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
