🛠️ Essential for installation

Before you begin, make sure you are ready:

• **Forger 2.8 Tools**: You need the Forger 2.8 utility tool made by hypermorphic.
• **Mod file**: The `.forger2` file of this module: `Player Armor Extra Customizations.v1.forger2`.

⚠️ **Tips for Forger newbies**: If you are using Forger for the first time, it is strongly recommended to read the user guide before starting.

📖 Installation Guide

Follow these steps to install easily:

• **Place files**: Place the module files into the `ForgerPatches` folder in the game root directory (in the same location as `ACOdyssey.exe`).
• **Run Forger**: Open Forger 2.8 and click "Rescan" if necessary. New patches will be highlighted in yellow, and updates to existing patches will be highlighted in green.
• **Apply Changes**: Check the options you want and wait for the operation to complete (usually quickly).
• **Close Tool**: **Be sure to close Forger** before starting the game. If you start the game with Forger open, it may cause file corruption, and you will need to restore the game and reset Forger.
• **Play the game**: Launch the game and enjoy the new custom appearance!

💡 Instructions for use

• This module is fully compatible with hypermorphic's series of customization tools.
• The module is made and shared based on personal needs, and there are no plans to add more specific options.

🔧 Troubleshooting

If you encounter problems, try the following methods in order:

• Click the "Reset All Forges" button in Forger and reapply the mod.
• Try "Reset All Forges" again. Then verify game file integrity and repair corrupted files via UPlay.
• If still not resolved, follow the instructions in the "Restoring Game" section of the Forger 2 User Guide.
• As a last resort, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
