Massive expansion adding economy, business management, and survival mechanics to Wobbly Life.

\- \\Worker System\\ — 15 businesses support workers (+25% income bonus per worker)
\- \\Housing Tax (ЖКХ)\\ — Daily property tax based on house value ($10-$200/day)
\- \\Survival Mechanics\\ — Hunger, thirst, and fatigue system with consequences
\- \\Aging System\\ — Characters age, inherit businesses, and can die of old age
