MasterCooking Fixes

Fixes and additions for MasterCooking. It uses

MasterCooking's own settings (Health/Stamina/Regen/Eitr/Duration factors, experience factor, DisableStatDecay).

Fixes

• Food stats creeping up: MasterCooking multiplied food stats and divided them back afterwards, but skipped the

divide when eating failed or a food ran out during an update, so food got permanently stronger during a session.

Its food hooks are replaced with versions that always restore the exact original values.

• Healing bonus: the RegenFactor now also applies while the food is active, not only at the moment you eat.
• DisableStatDecay reimplemented against the unboosted values.

Additions

• Tooltips show the Cooking bonus: the crafting screen shows e.g. 40 +10, items you own show the boosted value.
• Crafting food trains Cooking at any station (cauldron, workbench, modded stations such as the HoneyPlus apiary)

and when crafting from the inventory. MasterCooking's ExperienceGainFactor applies.
