Modpack for Interrobang's private server w/ custom config

adds a whole slew of things including in no particular order..

enemy difficulty, combat balancing, new enemies, new weapons/armor, better chat, seperate slots for gear, auto fueling, enchanting, rarity loot drops, time of day, portal QoL, crafting QoL, gathering enhancements, plant anything, mass farming, auto fueling, new resource gathering skills, new potions/meads, auto sorting inventory features, new boats, faster movement on paths, better sailing, any item on stands, global death notifications, trees replant themselves, all items float, better lanterns/wisp, hide helmet, build camera, smoke collision, pet protections, no land depth restriction, various dependencies, etc.

V 1.3.5 pruned broken/out of date mods and added some QoL like crafting from containers, multiplayer tweaks, backpacks, fishing stuff, etc. Added MistBeGone that removes the mist from the mistlands because frankly I'm tired of it. Also removed Judes Equipment because it hasn't been updated in ages and going through config to un-OP each set is annoying. There are enough armor alternatives already included. A lot (most) of the mods have been returned to default config settings because the authors have refined them down over time (yay!).

V. 1.2.4 nerfed enhanced elder's healing/shield - added SteadyRegeneration, HelmetBeGone, TimedTorchesStayLit and BlastFurnaceTakesAll

V 1.2.3 config update slowing tree growth and lowering mining explosion chance - mod updates to spawner tweaks and combat overhaul

V 1.2.2 removed TargetPortal (cause clicking is annoying) and added XPortal

V 1.2.1 realized I was being dumb and not updating the dependancy strings list
