Switch hotbar rows

• Press ` to cycle which inventory row is the hotbar (default: row 1 and row 2).
• Items stay in their original slots. Only keys 1-8 and the main hotbar HUD change which row they use.
• Extra quick-slot bars (for example Z / V / B) are left alone.

Configuration

• Run the game once to generate the config file cjayride.HotbarSwitch.cfg

• RowsToSwitch = 2 (default)

• HotKey = (tilda) `
