Features

• An equipped shoulder piece (usually a cape) protects you from becoming Wet in the rain for a configurable amount of time.
• Stay under a roof to restore the Rain Cover timer. Staying near a campfire speeds up the restoration.
• Does NOT protect you from becoming Wet in water.
• Rain Cover does not apply if you're already Wet.
• Highly configurable:
• Set the Rain Cover duration up to 1 hour.
• Set the roof coverage threshold required to count as being under a roof.
• Disable the shoulder armor requirement.
