This is a mod that makes Winterhold considerably bigger, it adds a wall, docks, more lighting, new NPCs (Guards and commoners) and about 12 houses, including an extra inn (snowpeak inn), a player home (winterhome), a blacksmith (General Store), and a lot of common houses

The city of Winterhold fell on the sea during the great collapse not so long ago, now, the rebuilding with help from the Jarl has begun and Winterhold has become a real city again
