As a courtesy, I am uploading a version Skyrim Spells and Powers by WarriorKeKe updated for Skyrim Special Edition.  The original 2.7 version of this mod was downloaded on 8/5/2019.  The SSAPBWK.ESP file was processed using SSEEdit Quick Clean to remove 31 ITM records (see below).  Next, SSAPBWK.ESP was opened and then saved in the Creation Kit to change the ESP to form 44.  The files in the Meshes folder were then ran through SSE NIF Optimizer using standard options.  Then I used 7z to create an archive.  I installed the mod after this and things seem to work.

Let me know what is broken and I can see if I can fix it.

ALL CREDIT FOR THIS MOD GOES TO THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR.  IF YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR AND YOU WISH ME TO REMOVE THIS RE-RELEASE THEN LET ME KNOW.
